I. Function Introduction
Photo items are standardized inspection units for regulating on-site photography, supporting:

II. Add Photo Items
1. Single Addition
Operation Steps:
- Click "New" button on toolbar

- Risk Factor (Associated risk type)
- Category Name (Classification management)
- Add photography points:
- Click "New" button on right
- Fill in:

- Qualification judgment (Whether inspection result is qualified)
- Qualified score
- Unqualified score
- Can add multiple photography points
- Click "Save" to complete creation

IV. Delete Photo Items
Operation Steps:
- Locate target photo item
- Click "Delete" button in operation column
- Confirm deletion operation
Restrictions:
- Cannot delete if referenced in inspection forms
- Cannot delete if historical photography records exist
