I. Introduction
If your enterprise or organization wishes to implement dual prevention mechanism management through RiskGuard, you can create an enterprise account on RiskGuard. After creation, you can add members to the enterprise, enabling them to collaborate on RiskGuard.
You will become the founder of this enterprise and the first Super Administrator, with access to enterprise management operations in the administrative backend.
RiskGuard enterprise accounts require registration using a personal mobile phone number, which is for enterprise use only. Each mobile number can only be registered and bound to one account. Upon successful registration, the enterprise account will be activated.
II. Mobile Operation Steps
1. Download and Install the App
- Supported systems: iOS 12+/Android 8+
- Download method: Search "RiskGuard" in app stores
- Login credentials: Login account + initial password

2. Registration Application
- Open RiskGuard App, click the "Registration Application" link on the login page
- Enter mobile number, registrant name, and enterprise name
- Enter verification code, click to obtain dynamic password
- Find the dynamic password in the received SMS and enter it
- Click "Apply for Activation" button, wait for RiskGuard administrator approval. Approval results will be notified via SMS

2. Registration Application
Click "Register Now" button on official homepage, or click here to start registration
Enter mobile number, registrant name, and enterprise name

Find the dynamic password in the received SMS and enter it
Click "Apply for Activation" button, wait for RiskGuard administrator approval. Approval results will be notified via SMS

Q: How many enterprises can I create at most in RiskGuard?
A: Each mobile number can only be registered and bound to one enterprise account.
Q: When creating an enterprise, the system prompts "Tenant with same name already exists"
A: Please verify whether a colleague has created an account with this name. If it already exists, you can join the enterprise directly. If it's not a colleague's enterprise, we recommend changing the name and trying again.
